Three primary school mathematicians who have been working with staff at CBA have achieved high marks in their SATs tests.

Year 6 pupils Caitlin, Evie and Charlotte, who are all from our fellow Brooke Weston Trust school Gretton Primary Academy, all achieved Level 6 in their mathematics test.

Since December the pupils have visited CBA once a week to work with our Mathematics teachers on mathematical problems.

In a letter to CBA, Gretton Primary Academy Headteacher Jane MacDonald said: “I know that the work they did at CBA with your maths team enabled them to achieve this high level and your support is much appreciated.”

CBA Assistant Director of Mathematics Maxwell Sam said: “These pupils are exceptional mathematicians for their age.

“This partnership is a good example of schools across the Trust working together.”
