Our brilliant performers showed off their dancing, singing and choreography skills at our annual Dance Show.

More than 200 people attended the event last week which featured the talents of about 60 students from our eight dance companies.

It featured a variety of exciting numbers inspired by popular musicals such as Wicked, the classic ballet Swan Lake and hit songs such as Somewhere Only We Know.

CBA Dance Teacher Francia Dickinson said: “It was an amazing show and the dancers were fantastic.

“They all worked so hard and produced great performances filled with energy.

“A special mention has to go to the dancers who performed in our Wicked tribute.

“I would like to thank all the students who took part.”

Associate Principal Janet Duggan, who compered the evening, said: “The show was absolutely brilliant.

“A big thank you goes to our dancers who have shown creativity and who have had the courage to perform an eclectic mixture of dance styles.

“I would also like to thank the Sixth Formers who have led our dance companies and our Dance Teacher Francia Dickinson.”
