Prospective Year 6 Parents Visit CBA

More than 700 people made a visit to CBA last week when we opened our doors to prospective Year 6 students.

Interest in our Academy was once again high, as parents and Year 6 pupils from across Corby and the surrounding areas turned out to find out more about us.

The tours - which were held twice daily - were hosted by our Sixth Form Guides.

Visitors were also given an introduction to CBA with presentation on Monday and Tuesday evening.

Vice Principal Lorraine Smith said: "We were extremely pleased with the number of people who came along to visit us.

"The feedback that came back was that people were impressed with the building and how helpful everybody was. They were also impressed with how the students got on with their daily business."

Parents have until Monday, October 31 to complete their common preference form and return it to the local authority.

For more information about the application process click here to access Northamptonshire County Council's website.
