Our peripatetic staff members have organised a series of concerts which began this week at the Academy.
The concerts started with a vocal recital on Monday, a woodwind recital on Tuesday and an evening of jazz on Wednesday.
There will also be a brass recital on Monday 2nd December.
Director of Music, Clive Wears, said: “The recitals have been a great opportunity for all our students who receive music lessons in school to perform in front of their peers.
“So far the recitals have been well attended by parents.
“The performances have been really musical and have featured students who have only been playing for a few weeks to those who have been playing for five or six years.”
Parents are welcome to attend the recital.
