Parents can now book a place on a session at Corby Business Academy about e-safety.

The session will be led by experienced child protection professional and trainer Sue Miller, of E-Safeguarding Training, and will teach parents how to protect their children from online problems and cyber bullying.

The session will cover the main online threats and issues faced by young people generally, including unwanted contact or grooming, cyber bullying, the sending of sexually explicit photographs or messages, illegal material, privacy and digital footprints.

Parents will also be advised who to contact if they are worried their child is suffering problems online.

The event will take place at 6pm on Wednesday, April 2nd.

Places on the session are limited so parents must book a place using the Academy’s Parents Evening System. To book a place click here
