We pride ourselves in ensuring we support staff at every stage of their training. 

The Second Year Teacher Programme has been developed to provide staff in the early stages of their career with the continued support and guidance to help them progress not only their role within the classroom but also their role within the Academy as an aspiring middle leader. 

Opportunities are provided for staff to meet with the ITT Coordinator to discuss routes for progression and development of their experience to support this.
