High profile business leaders have agreed to carry out a series of mock interviews with our Sixth Formers.

The interviews will be conducted by a number of key business people from the area, including managers from RS Components, to prepare students for the world of work.

Following the interviews the students will receive written feedback about their strengths and areas where they could improve their interview skills.

CBA Business Teacher Alex Allan will visit RS Components on February 10^th to talk to staff who are interested in taking part in the initiative.

She said: “This is a fantastic opportunity which will help our students improve their interview skills in preparation for their working life.

“It will be of such a benefit to them to be interviewed by external business people who are in a position to give them very useful feedback.

“We ran this initiative before and it was a big success.”

Our students are in the process of preparing CVs and covering letters to take along with them to the event which will be held during Curriculum Day on Thursday 26^th February.
