Tickets for CBA Music Concert go on general release.

Tickets for the first ever summer music concert at CBA are now available.

Music for A Summers Evening is being staged on Wednesday, June 24 and all of the CBA's numerous musical groups will be showcasing their talent.

The award winning Concert Band, the Woodwind Ensemble, The Brass Band, The Rock Band  and the recently formed Steel Pan Bands will be among the acts performing at the 7.30pm concert being staged in the main hall.

There will also be some solo performances from some talented students.

Principal Andrew Campbell said: "This promises to be a great evening and the fact that so many CBA students have become involved in music in the first year of the Academy is one of our biggest achievements."

After sending out invites to parents of the musical students, the tickets have now gone on general release, and as they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Tickets can be collected from Administration Manager Robbie Henderson.

Pre Concert refreshments will be available from 7pm in the area outside the restaurant with entertainment provided by the brass ensemble.

The show should finish at around 9pm.
