A Bake Off cake making marathon will take place at our Academy this week in aid of Comic Relief.

The event will be held on Thursday after school and a cake sale will take place during Red Nose Day on Friday to raise money for the charity.

The cakes will be on sale on Friday during Session 2 in the Academy’s Restaurant.

The money raised for Comic Relief is spent on projects designed to tackle the root causes of poverty and social injustice in the UK and Africa.

Since it was launched in 1985 it has raised £950 million.
