Cardio Workout at Fitness Club
The Fitness Club started in September and has already gained a regular number of student attendees.
The club teaches students the fitness basics and staff member Jordon Joseph is on hand to help students learn about the gym equipment and can also provide students with a training schedule.
Equipment includes free weights, exercise bikes and rowing machines.
Mr Joseph said: “The club has proven to be popular with students across all years.
“It is a great way of students gaining a fitness level and maintaining it.”
The club runs during Session 4 on Mondays.
