Supporters of the ‘Friends of Kitchen Garden’ and parents/family of students who attend Kitchen Garden Club on Tuesdays are being invited along to explore the garden.

Teacher Nikki Clark said: “It is opportunity for people to explore our garden – extra fruit bushes and trees been planted, one apple tree,  two gooseberry bushes and row of raspberry canes.

“We have garlic, cabbage and cauliflower growing at the moment plus our strawberries. Visitors can also meet our chickens and can buy a hand knitted bunny to help raise funds.

Priced at £4 each they would make a lovely Easter gift.”

Afterwards there will be tea and cake for sale as well as some free range eggs.
