Re. Residential visit to France

Dear Parent/Carer,

We have been informed by the travel company that our departure time is now earlier than expected, so please note the following change:

                      Depart Sunday 1^st July 7.15 a.m. from CBA car park. Please arrive at 7.00 a.m.

My apologies, on their behalf, for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return – unchanged- Thursday 4^th July 9.30 p.m. CBA car park.

If you were unable to bring your student’s passport and EHIC card to the recent meeting please could you send them to school as soon as possible  as the Academy administration team requires them prior to the trip.

Please find enclosed a summary of the travel insurance, the full document is available on request.
