About 30 of our best cross country runners have been working hard to get ready for an important competition.

The group of selected runners will compete in the District Cross Country Championship at West Glebe in Corby tomorrow.

CBA Director of Active Amy Harris said: “In the past we’ve had quite a few students make it through to the county and regional finals so we’re hoping that we’ll be successful at the district competition again this year.

“We’ve held training sessions during Session 4 and our Key Stage 3 students have been training during lessons.”

The County Cross Country Championship will take place at Abington Park in Northampton on January 9th 2016.
