One of our boys’ rowing teams has made it through to the School Games final.

Our Key Stage 4 boys rowing team can second in the first stage of the competition at Lodge Park Academy last night.

Their success guarantees them a place in the final which will be held in the New Year.

PE Teacher Phil Woolley (pictured) said: “It’s the first time we have entered the competition so it was a good result for us.

“We will hold training sessions during Session 4 next term.”

Our Key Stage 3 boys rowing team also put in a good performance and took third place.
