Musicians will entertain primary school pupils

Our Academy's Senior Concert Band is preparing to spread Christmas cheer to hundreds of primary school children.

Our Academy's Senior Concert Band is preparing to spread Christmas cheer to hundreds of primary school children.
About 40 musicians will perform in a series of Christmas concerts for pupils at Beanfield Primary School and Gretton Primary School on Monday, December 16th.
The performances are designed to give the younger pupils the chance to sing alongside our students and to show them what is on offer at Corby Business Academy.
Director of Music, Clive Wears, said: "These concerts are a fantastic opportunity for our students to practice performing ahead of our own Christmas concert and we know the primary academies appreciate us going to see them.
"We hope these concerts are lots of fun for the primary pupils and inspire them to get involved in music.
"Both of the primary schools are sponsored by the Brooke Weston Trust so it is also a good chance for their pupils to find out more about our academy."
