Dear Parent/Carer

Re. Blood Brothers

I am writing to confirm that your son/daughter has a place on the Blood Brothers trip which will take place on Thursday 25^th October 2012.

Students need to wear normal Academy Uniform in the morning; however they will have the opportunity to change into their casual clothing before we leave for Birmingham between 3.30-4.30pm.

Students are required to bring their own food with them for tea-time.   Alternatively, a tea-time bag may be purchased from student reception at a cost of £2.50 and collected from the restaurant between 1530-1600hrs on the trip day.   The tea-time bag contains a baguette, piece of fruit, biscuit and a drink.   These MUST be booked and paid for by 1.00pm on Tuesday 23^rd October, as we require 48 hours notice when catering for an event.

As previously mentioned, we will be returning to the academy at approximately 1.00am.  However, we are planning to make a drop at Corby Cube at approximately 12.30am, as this may be more convenient for some parents.  Parents must pick up their son/daughter from the drop off point; no student will be allowed to make their own way home. Please specify at the bottom of this letter and return to me before Thursday 25^th October 2012.
