Plaque To Mark Senate Achievement Unveiled
The names of the 12 Senate members will now go down in Academy history as the plaque is to take pride of place outside the PNS faculty.
The Senate was recognised for its hard work as last month it was awarded the county council's School Council Platinum award. It is the only school council in Northamptonshire to hold the award.
Presenting the plaque Principal Andrew Campbell said: "This is to thank you all for the fantastic work you have done in helping create the school.
"When we opened the Academy there were certain challenges but you have played a huge part in the Academy becoming what it is do day.
"It is incredible to think what we have achieved in the first year."
Head girl Jacquelene Tsiga said: "I feel very proud to have been involved with the Senate. It will be great to have our names preserved in Academy history and when I return to the school in years to come it will be great to see my name on the wall."
