Students Help Each Other With Exam Revision
Three Sixth Formers who are re-sitting their maths GCSEs this summer were spotted getting exam tips from maths whizz-kids Steven Forsyth and Clark Usher, who are Year 10 students.
The pair were going through exam papers with Sixth Formers Richard White, Chris Usher and Adele Bagnall.
The group was spotted hard at work after school by Kirsty Farrar, who is Head of Raising Aspirations at the Academy and is aiming to get more mentoring schemes set up.
She said: "They had their exam the next day and it was just something they had set up themselves. It's a great example of students now working together and supporting each other.
"It was nice to see them taking the initiative and doing it for themselves."
