Students Design Winning Logo For Education Website

Two students came up with the winning design after being challenged to produce a company logo.

The website, which is set to go live in the coming weeks, will be used by teachers to develop vocational links with businesses.

The founder of the site, Vicky Kakos, asked three schools to design a logo for the website and the winning concept was designed by CBA's Year 11 students, Julia Marques-Pike and Thomas Thomson.

Dan Arnold, Director of Business and Enterprise, said: "The competition gave the students an opportunity to develop their enterprise skills in terms of working through the creative process, reflecting on the work they produced and working in teams.

"It's fantastic that the students have been able to see their work being used in a real business environment.

"Julia and Thomas worked very hard on the project and have excelled themselves."
