Pirates’ Treasure Helps Set Comic Relief Record

A whopping £2,160 was raised by CBA students and staff for Red Nose Day – with much fun had along the way.

A fancy dress competition between staff from each faculty saw PNS teachers dress as pirates, erect a skull and cross bones flag from the staircase and 'kidnap' a student so they could collect cash to keep him hostage on the 'island' (pictured).

Other events organised by the Charity Committee included a cake sale and name the bear competition.

It all helped the Academy to smash the amount raised during the last Comic Relief Day - £1,202.

Thanks to all students and families who supported their efforts.
