We’re thrilled to announce that in 2025, Corby Business Academy has been chosen as the school to showcase the Historical Association Quality Mark, demonstrating how it can enhance history education in schools!

In July 2023, CBA was awarded this prestigious accolade in recognition of our commitment to fostering a passion for history in every student. We were celebrated for creating an environment where students feel included, challenged, and inspired. Our award was based on a range of evidence including community projects, student voice, curriculum, leadership, and results.

Next, CBA was selected to be one of just eight schools featured on the Historical Association’s website as an exemplar case study for history departments nationwide!

Yet this was just the beginning. The Historical Association has now been selected to share our story through a series of videos, demonstrating how the Quality Mark is more than just a badge of honour—it’s a powerful tool that enhances teaching and learning.
