Dear Parent/Carer

Your son/daughter has expressed an interest in participating in The Big Adventure.  This is a programme fully funded by the National Citizen Service.  The programme consists of:

• ·   4 night/5 day residential from Friday 26^th October 2012
• ·   After school/Saturday training
• ·   Ongoing project until Christmas
• ·   Final challenge on Saturday 15^th December 2012.

The purpose of the programme is to develop enterprise and leadership skills which will then be used to undertake a project which will benefit the local community.  This could be a project in school or further afield.

The residential will take place at Colomendy Centre for Outdoor Education, Loggerheads, Near Mold, Denbighshire, CH7 5LB and Mr Joseph will be accompanying the group.

There is no cost to the students and this is a fantastic opportunity to gain skills and experience required for the world of work or further education. 

Interested students must complete the consent form and return it to Mrs K Isaksen.
