PIP Craft Sale Well Supported
A craft sale held by the Parents in Partnership group raised more than £600 for the Academy.
A shop in Corby town centre was transformed into a hive of activity this weekend with stalls set up selling a variety of goods.
On sale were flowers and plants, jewellery, cards, hand knitted baby clothes, gifts and beauty treatments and sweets.
The most popular stalls were the face painting and balloon modelling, second-hand books and badges that were handmade by CBA's Librarian Amy McKay as part of her fundraising for the Uganda trip.
Musicians from CBA performed outside the shop to help pull buyers in.
Several students and Sixth Formers helped out at the sale and Music Teacher Felicity Cornish won a Garra fish pedicure.
PIP thanked all the families and businesses which supported the event.
