Vaccinations for children aged 12-15

Dear Parents and Secondary Students,

As you are aware, this autumn all young people aged 12 to 15 years are being offered the first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.  As with other vaccines, the delivery will be led by the School Aged Immunisation Service (SAIS) who will begin liaising with individual schools and families in the coming days and weeks.

Brooke Weston Trust staff will not become involved in discussions about whether a child should receive a vaccination or not as this is a decision for families and qualified medical professionals.
