Induction Days will be held next week for students who want to join our Sixth Form in September.
The days will be held on Monday 13th July and Tuesday 14th July for current Year 11 students, including external applicants, who have applied to join Year 12.
Head of Sixth Form Samantha Anderson said: “The students will get the opportunity to sample the subjects they want to study in an engaging way.
“Students will be taught the skills they need for Sixth Form, such as problem solving and debating, under the umbrella of their chosen subjects.
“The days will give the students the chance to meet tutors and to meet other students on their courses.
“The expectation is that everyone who has applied to join the Sixth Form will take part in the Induction Days.
“They are a key step in the transition to the Sixth Form.”
