Students show off their products at Enterprise Sale
Our entrepreneuring students raised hundreds of pounds at our latest Enterprise Sale.
Our entrepreneuring students raised hundreds of pounds at our latest Enterprise Sale.
Students from Unit organised tombolas to raise money for their kitchen garden and their fish tank, there was a stall selling jam in aid of our Duke of Edinburgh award scheme projects and the ever popular knitted toys were on sale thanks to a kind donation by Caren Brown’s mum Jean Leighton.
Members of our Young Enterprise company Happy Hands also sold their products at the sale and showed off their new promotional flyers.
Teacher Nikki Clark said: “The students engaged really well with the activity.
“Taking part in the sale helped them to develop their numeracy and communication skills and they raised vital funds for projects like our kitchen garden.
“It was a really good event.”
Our Key Stage 4 students also ran a café during the event and there was an egg hunt.
