Against some fierce competition, unfortunately Garry did not win the trophy this time. 

However, we are so proud of the time, work and effort he contributed in order to reach the prestigious finals. We are thrilled to have a LACA SCOTY finalist as our very own Academy Head Chef. 

For his main course, he produced soy and honey marinated chicken with scallion pancake, Asian stir fry and noodles. For dessert, he created a citrus posset with raspberry compote and an Earl Grey biscuit.
