They were one of only eight choirs nationally invited to perform, led by their Director Mr Matt Smith. This was the third year in a row ensembles from Corby Business Academy have been invited to perform at the National Finals!

Their performance of a complex medley from the musical, The Greatest Showman, was highly commended by a distinguished panel of adjudicators from the West End, London. This included the current Musical Director of the hit musical Les Miserables.

Former HM Vice Lord Lieutenant of Northamptonshire; Mrs Morcea Walker, attending our Summer Concert the previous week and commented that, 'I was able to watch the Choir perform at the Music for Youth Festival in Birmingham on behalf of NMPAT (and myself!). They gave an excellent
performance at the Town Hall.'

A historic day for Corby Business Academy and it's truly wonderful students.  Huge congratulations to all 40 students and all staff involved.
