Two England cricketers took part in cricket tournaments with Year 8 and Year 9 students during a visit to CBA.

Jenny Gunn and Danielle Hazell from the England Cricket Board spent the day with the sports department on Wednesday, November 28.

They took part in a tournament played by Year 8 girls and then in a mixed tournament of Year 9 students.

Jenny said: “Some of the girls were very good and were getting competitive. It was good to have so many people playing cricket at once.”

A Session 4 girls' cricket club will be set up from January.
