Members of CBA Young Enterprise company Kraftees have been busy rehearsing for the county final of the competition, which takes place tomorrow (Tuesday 23rd April).
The company, which is made up of Year 12 students, won the Best Company and Best Financial Management awards at the Wellingborough and Rockingham area Young Enterprise final in March (pictured above).
Kraftees and CBA Young Enterprise firm Happy Hands will travel to the University of Northampton for the county final.
The firm which wins tomorrow will compete in the regional final at the University of Nottingham in June.
Kraftees will put in their final preparations with their last practice runs of their presentation after school tonight.
Kraftees also continues to enjoy regular trade – the team has increased its sales by £300 since the last Young Enterprise final.
Team members also took orders for its product, USB wristbands, at a sale at RS Components during the Easter holiday.
Kraftees member Marko Grudz said: “We have been practising our presentation a lot. We have also added to our presentation as we have increased our profits.”
Kraftees has also been recognised on the Young Enterprise website, where several news stories about the company’s successes have been posted.
Members of Happy Hands will give a presentation at the start of the event tomorrow to show off the team’s work, which is completed under the Young Enterprise Team Programme.
The team will also be setting up its stand at the final.
