MUSIC DEPARTMENT TOUR TO HOLLAND 2013
Dear Parent / Carer,
Following our successful Music Department tour to Holland in 2011, next year the Music Department will be returning to Holland, departing on Thursday 11th July and returning on Monday 15th July 2013.
We will be based again in the coastal resort of Noordwijk which is only a short drive from the cities of Amsterdam and The Hague. The resort itself is a quiet seaside town with a large blue flag beach and pleasant atmosphere. Normally host to conferences and the annual flower festival, Noordwijk is in the heart of the bulb growing region and surrounded by woods and sand dunes.
We will be performing in three concerts during the tour including a concert in Amsterdam, Noordwijk and Delft. I have listed below a proposed itinerary:
The total cost for the tour will be £465. This includes executive coach travel to and from Holland & throughout the tour, four nights full-board accommodation at Hotel ann Zee (includes packed lunch from day two), all excursions and travel insurance.
If you wish your son / daughter to go on this trip I would be grateful if you could fill in the permission form below and return it to student reception along with a non returnable deposit of £100 by Friday 9th November. An interim deposit of £100 will be required by Friday 8th February 2013, followed by the remaining balance by Friday 3rd May 2013. A payment card will be issued to assist with payments.
