Re. Grendon Hall Residential Trip 2nd July 2012 – meeting

Dear Parent/Carer

There will be a short meeting on Tuesday 29^th May 2012 about the forthcoming residential visit, where you will have an opportunity to meet the staff who will be accompanying the students. The meeting will take place between 4.30pm – 6.30pm and during this time there will be a short presentation starting 5.00pm & 6.00pm. At this time I will give you details of our itinerary, discuss what students need to bring on the trip and answer any questions you may have.
