Year 11 ‘New York Glamour’ Prom – Thursday 27^th June 2013

Dear Parent/Carer

The year 11 ‘New York Glamour’ prom is being held on Thursday 27^th June at The Holiday Inn, Corby. Please find below further details for the plan of evening:

• The evening will commence at 7.30pm, carriages at 11.30pm
• Designated area will be provided for parents to see child arrive
• Red carpet & doormen will be provided
• Non alcoholic drink on arrival and a buffet will be served at approximately 8.30pm.
• Disco

There will be a designated photographer who will be taking photos of the students throughout the evening either as individuals, couples or groups. There will be a viewing station in which students are able to see their photos and purchase them on the night if they wish to do so. Purchase price on the evening for the photos will be discounted; however they are also available to order after the event.

Prices for Photos

·         8”x6” print in card mount: £10, or £25 for three prints of the same guest.

·         12”x8” print in card mount: £17

·         6”x4” print (no mount): £5 each

Orders

·         Photos will be uploaded to the photographer’s website at http://www.mikebrownphotographic.co.uk/cbaprom2013. This gallery will be password protected: password “Border” (case-sensitive, don’t type the quote marks), clue “Your PSO – Mrs ________”.

·         Orders for prints after the event will be delivered direct to customers, and there will be a charge for postage and packing.

·         8”x6” print (no mount) £12 each plus p&p

·         12”x8” print (no mount) £20 each plus p&p

·         6”x4” print £7 each plus p&p
