Grendon Hall Residential Trip Tuesday 16^th & Wednesday 17^th July 2013

Dear Parent/Carer

As part of Enterprise week next year we are planning a residential trip staying at Grendon Hall for 2 nights on the

Tuesday 16^th & Wednesday 17^th July 2013. This is a great opportunity for your child to experience the great outdoors taking part in many indoor and outdoor pursuits, students will be sleeping in a huge yurt.

We will set off for Grendon from the academy at 1.30pm on Tuesday 16^th July 2012 and will return to school at approx 1.00pm on Thursday 18^th July 2013.

The total cost for the trip is £150.00 which includes transport accommodation, meals and all activities. There are only a limited number of places available, so it will be on a first come first served basis.

This year 10 of our Sixth Formers from school in mainstream will be accompanying us and will organise some of the activities as part of their Btec course.

We are hoping to have:

Camp fire

BBQ

Swamp ropes

Chinese Banquet

And many more team building activities

A £25 deposit will secure a place with full payment due by Friday 7^th June 2013.
