The Academy Day
Timings of the Academy day
Students are required to attend the Academy from Monday to Friday from 8.35 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. totalling 32.5 hours per week.
Enrichment activities take place after school Monday to Thursday from 3.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.
| 8:35 – 8:40 | Students enter tutor room |
| 8:40 – 8:50 | Morning tutor time |
| 8:50 – 9:50 | Period 1 |
| 9:50 – 10:50 | Period 2 |
| 10:50 – 11:10 | Year 10, 11 & 6th Form break time / Year 7, 8 & 9 tutor time |
| 11:10 – 11:30 | Year 10, 11 & 6th Form tutor time / Year 7, 8 & 9 break time |
| 11:30 – 12:30 | Period 3 |
| 12:30 – 14:00 | Period 4 (including 30-minute lunch) |
| 14:00 – 15:00 | Period 5 |
| 15:00 | End of the Academy day |
| 15:00 – 16:00 | Session 6 and Enrichment Activities/Detentions |
